Hall 900 at Seaside Pavilion - Beirut New Waterfront offers the perfect setting for breakout meetings and networking gatherings during the Beirut RDV 2026 event, located just a few steps away from the Main Conference Ballroom.

To ensure productive side meetings and meaningful networking opportunities for all participating companies, this dedicated meeting area will include various facility units, as shown in the attached photos and floor plan.

• The rental fee for each selected unit depends on its size. The rate is USD 500 per square meter.

• Each booth will include:
     o Complete furniture setup (lounge seating, one coffee table, one round meeting table, and chairs, depending on booth type).
     o Free Wi-Fi access.
     o Optional coffee break service available in the meeting area.

Please note that the number of units is extremely limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
